Hedera House & Plantation Bungalows are set in two acres of lovely, peaceful gardens in the village of Thurne, right at the heart of the Broadland National Park.
This picturesque setting is adjacent to the River Thurne, with Thurne Dyke 50 yards away, offering free launching for small craft and mooring facilities. There is river access to all Broads, including Hickling, Ranworth and Wroxham, and coarse fishing is available along the river bank. Thurne village has a local Store and Inn, which cater for most Holiday needs, and whilst a car is essential to explore further, the central location means that all the attractions of the area are just a short drive away.

This small site with only Hedera House and 11 individual holiday
bungalows is under the personal supervision of Carol Delf. Its
small number of guests ensures there is always space to enjoy
your holiday by swimming in our private heated pool, having fun
in the games room with pool and table tennis, or just relaxing in our lovely
gardens in the peace of the Norfolk Broads. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement.
Hedera House
Hedera House is a comfortable furnished Georgian Farmhouse
with 7 bedrooms that sleeps up to 12 persons. (Picture top right).

Azalea Bungalows have all the facilities of a villa accommodating
2 - 4 persons with one bedroom and a put me up settee in the
lounge.

Great Yarmouth is only 10 miles away and has been a favourite with tourists for over 100 years. Our 'family' hotel "The Burlington Palm Court", which has Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Bars and Restaurants, is available for our guests use when they visit the town.
